At Pets Australia, we want you (and your pet) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

 

🛍️ Change of Mind

 

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided:

 

• The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

 

🐾 Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

 

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Send clear photos of the issue

• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you

 

 

💳 Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following unless faulty:

 

• Pet grooming tools

• Opened food or treats

• Personalised items
